Student Registration & Fees

Fees will be generated twice a year, corresponding with each semester. Please check back after the start of the second semester to see if any additional fees have been added.

Pay fees as a guest (no login required):

• Use the guest fee payment portal. You will need the student's ID number to complete the process. 

Pay fees in Infinite Campus:

• Log in to Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
• Click on “More” in the left menu (the Fees tab doesn't usually work)
• Locate “Jeffco Student Fee Payment” in the Quick Links panel.

Parking permits for on-campus parking are $125 per year. This fee declines, throughout the year, on the first of each month. Approved drivers must sign a contract and abide by all student driver policies. Proof of insurance and a copy of the student’s driver’s license must be on file in the office.

All students who drive to school must purchase a parking tag and park in the student lot. Students may not park on the side streets or surrounding areas. Any violation of the contract may result in revocation of parking privileges.

Except for some AP courses, textbooks are furnished by the school. Textbooks have become extremely expensive – all students should give textbooks proper care. Book covers are required for all books, and students are responsible for taking care of the books. Fines will be assessed for damaged or lost books.

Students may check out books by using their school ID number. Students are expected to return materials in a timely manner. A fee will be charged for lost or damaged books.

A picture ID card will be furnished and must be carried by each student while at school. The student ID card is needed when purchasing items in the cafeteria. A $5 fee will be charged for replacement of ID cards.

I'm having problems signing into Parent Portal. What should I do?

Make sure you're using the Chrome browser (free download) since Infinite Campus Parent Portal does not work well with Internet Explorer. To reset your password for both Campus and EnrollJeffco, go to pam.jeffco.k12.co.us. If you're still having access issues , contact Jen Harper 303-982-9011.

I have several fees showing up that have OPT in front of the fee. What does OPT mean? I don’t want or need these items.

OPT stands for “Optional.” These fees are made available for you to pay online if wanted. They are not required.

What is the Technology Fee? My student isn't in a Technology class.

The Technology Fee is a districtwide fee that is charged to all students. This fee is used to repair printers and computers, pay for printer paper, toner and ink. Starting with the class of 2023, the district technology fee also covers the use and maintenance of a student-issued Chromebook. 

The Honorary Lifetime Activity Pass is available to any Jefferson County resident over the age of 55 or anyone who has retired from active service with Jeffco Public Schools and is receiving PERA benefits. Passholders may attend activities and regular-season athletic events sponsored by Jeffco without any admission charge.

It is recommended before attending an activity, other than an athletic event, to call the school for seating availability. A school may designate specific functions as paid admission events only and passes will not be honored for those functions. The pass is to be used by the named pass holder only and must be shown at the admission gate to enter at no cost.
