The D’Evelyn Education Foundation is a nonprofit 501c3 fundraising organization that provides financial support for academic, social and extracurricular programming throughout the school.

Student fees and district dollars only cover so much – your donations to the foundation help fill the gaps to keep our students and teachers achieving!

Money in

DEF hosts four quarterly fundraising events:

• The DASH
• Dinner auction
• Golf tournament
• Annual appeal for monetary donations

Money out

Each year, donations are first used to cover student scholarships, awards and academic needs that arise, such as textbooks and classroom equipment.

Money also partially funds special school events such as after prom, junior high socials, Teacher Appreciation Week, the school store and more. Volunteer time and donations make these events a reality.

Additionally, athletics, performing arts, activities and other school organizations send requests for specific needs to the school administration. The administration thoughtfully prioritizes those requests and proposes allocations of remaining funds to best meet students’ needs for the year. 

This year, your donations can help pay for:

• Scholastic support like scholarships, textbooks and teacher development
• Events like after prom, junior high socials, eight-grade celebrations, Teacher Appreciation Week and more
• Extras such as athletics, performing arts and activities. For example, we need new uniforms for girls’ volleyball, practice lanes for swimming and much more

• American Furniture Warehouse
  • American Furniture Warehouse donates part of their sales to D'Evelyn if you mention D'Evelyn at check out.
• Box Tops
  • Box Tops have gone digital! Download the Box Tops app, choose, "Develyn Junior Senior High School" as the beneficiary and scan your receipt. This could mean a few dollars for D’Evelyn every time you shop.
• King Soopers Rewards
  • Do you have a King Soopers loyalty rewards card? Did you know that you can support the D'Evelyn Education Foundation by simply using your card when doing your regular grocery shopping? There is NO cost to you! It is called the Community Rewards Program and it works in conjunction with your personal loyalty card. Learn how at King Sooper Rewards.
• Milk Caps for Moolah
  • Longmont Dairy gives $ .05 per milk cap that is brought to D'Evelyn. The milk caps should be rinsed and can only be from Longmont Dairy and can be dropped off in the main office. The money supports junior high programs. Thank you for your support!
• Vivi Bubble Tea
  • Vivi Bubble Tea, located at 8601 W Cross Dr. F6, Littleton, is offering 10% off your order when you mention D'Evelyn at check out. In addition, 10% of D'Evelyn sales goes back to the school every month.
