Junior Jags Cross Country

Workouts will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays after school. Runners should be dressed, on the track, and ready to run by no later than 2:45 p.m. Workouts should be finished by approximately 3:45 p.m. We understand that not everyone can make it to every workout. That is not a problem. Please make it as much as you can.
